29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. 6 Treeman Drive, Hillsborough, NJ - Brookhaven Lofts, Building 7 Employees engaged in residential framing activities were not protected from fall by use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Employees were observed performing framing layout for truss installation, at levels greater than 6 feet above the next lower level, were observed working at or near the edge at the third level of the multi-unit residential structure without fall protection. Violation observed on or about April 22, 2016
