29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about April 22, 2016, employer did not ensure that employee(s) working on the roof were provided with and required to use adequate fall protection. Employees were exposed to fall hazards from and elevation exceeding 6 feet. New Era Construction was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 949156, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on April 24, 2014 with respect to a workplace located at 1729 Land Rush El Paso, TX.
