29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  On or about at 4/21/16 located at 5069 Copes Dr., Grovetown, GA: Employees were framing a house with lumber and plywood while on the roof, as scrap plywood was observed falling to the ground as employees was working below tossing up and passing up 2 x 4 lumber to the 2nd floor, without hard hats exposing them to a struck by hazards.
