29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  On or about at 11/16/16 located at 6055 Clifford St., Augusta, GA:  Employees were exposed to falls and struck- by hazard by hazard of 6.2 - feet from the lower level, while preforming framing work from the make shift scaffolds 2 X 6 lumber. The employer failed to install guard rails and it was not fully decked.

29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:  On or about at 11/16/16 located at 6055 Clifford St., Augusta, GA: Employees were installing 2x4 rafters and plywood on to the roof of a new house that was under construction while on top of the roof approximately 11.4  foot from the lower level. Employees were passing up the lumber and the excess lumber was being dropped / thrown back down to the ground, employees were observed without hard hats exposing them to a struck by hazards.     JJT& Framing, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926. 100 (a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1142108, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 7/19/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 5069 Copes Dr. Grovetown, GA.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about at 11/16/16 located at 6055 Clifford St., Augusta, GA: Employees were installing rafters and plywood on to a house that was under construction while working at the edge, the employer did not ensure that fall protection was used by the employee while exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11.4- feet.    JJT& Framing, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926. 100 (a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1142108, citation number 1, item number 4, and was affirmed as a final order on 7/19/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 5069 Copes Dr. Grovetown, GA.
