29 CFR 1910.159(c)(10): The minimum vertical clearance of 18 inches between automatic sprinkler systems sprinklers and the material below was not maintained:  On or about April 22, 2016, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure the minimum verticle clearance between the automatic fire sprinklers and the surface below in the following areas:   (a) Room 2212A in the Mission Support Office area, the vertical clearance between the automatic fire sprinkler and the shelf below was approximately 6 inches.  (b) Room outside kitchen in the Mission Support Office area, the vertical clearance between the automatic fire sprinkler and the shelf below was approximately 8 inches.

29 CFR 1910.304(b)(4)(ii)(B): Where connected to a branch circuit supplying two or more receptacles or outlets, a receptacle supplied a total cord- and plug-connected load in excess of the maximum specified in Table S-4:   On or about April 22, 2016 and at times thereto, an electrical circuit was overloaded with total cord and plug connected loads in excess of Table S-4 exposing employees to electrical shock and fire hazards.     (a) Agricultural Room - An APC 15 AMP surge protector was used to power a Panasonic microwave oven (Model # NN-SN9525, 12.7 Amps), Black and Decker toaster oven (Model # TR0510TY1, 12.5 Amps) and a Mr. Coffee machine (7.5 Amps).    (b) Sentry Security Enrollment Office - A Data Guard 15 AMP surge protector was used to power a Hamilton Beach Microwave (Model # P70B20AP-G5B, 1050 watts) and a Mr. Coffee machine (Model # CG-13, 7.5 Amps).     (c) Enforcement Officer Storage Room 2206 - a QVS relocatable power tap was used to power a Magic Chef mini-refrigerator (Model # MCBR360, 1.5 AMPS) and a Rival toaster oven (Model # TO450, 12.1 Amps)     (d) Room 2272 - A Curtis SP2000 15 Amp Relocatable Power Tap was used to power a Lasko Heater (Model # 5367, 12.7 Amps)

29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:  a) Mission Support Lobby - A portable fire extinguisher was blocked with a trash can and located behind a pillar. Employees are trained to fight incipient level fires.
