29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- Brigantine NJ: Employees, not utilizing fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 17 feet to the ground surface below when performing roof shingle installation and other related activities from a residential roof with pitches ranging from approximately 4 on 12 to 8 on 12. Condition observed on or about 04/23/16. Pineda Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315487108, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/01/11, with respect to a workplace located at 839 White Horse Pike, Egg Harbor City, NJ.
