(b) Residential Construction Site: On or about April 26, 2016 and at times prior, the Bosch, 10 inch circular hand-fed rip saw did not have a non-kickback fingers or dogs so located as to oppose the thrust or tendency of the saw to pick up material and to throw it back toward the operator.
