29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent):    279 Douglas Rd, Whitinsville, MA    On April 27, 2016 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of more than four feet.  a.  Employees in the Recycling Area were exposed to an eight-foot fall hazard from a five-foot wide unprotected area between the dumpsters.  b:  Employees were exposed to a 50-inch fall hazard when they accessed a platform without railings to shut off the electricity to the trailer compactor.
