29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(ii): The employer did not communicate personal protective equipment (PPE) selection decision(s) to each affected employee: 279 Douglas Rd, Whitinsville, MA On July 12, 2017 and at times prior, employees hired after January 2017 had not received information on the PPE which was required and other non-mandatory PPE that was available and identified on the employer's job hazard analysis. A new employee working in the Transfer Station did not know that filtering facepiece device (FFPD) respirators were available on a voluntary use basis.
