29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: a) Location #7 stairway: On or about April 07, 2016, approximately 28 pieces of reinforcing steel (rebar) were not guarded. The rebar protruded 4-5 feet above ground level and exposed employees to eye and body impalement.
