29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedure did not include clearly and specifically specific procedural steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy: (a) Wash Line: On April 26, 2016 and times prior, the employer's energy control procedure for the wash line, including filter basket changing did not include specific procedures for releasing the stored pressure in the filter canister. The filter canister contains 190 degree Fahrenheit water and detergent mixture under 25 to 30 psi.
