29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about 04/26/16 - Bldg. #3, 4800 Cahaba River Rd., Birmingham, Alabama, employees were exposed to fall hazards while installing floor trusses approximately 18 feet above the ground. (b) On or about 04/26/16 - Bldg. #5, 4800 Cahaba River Rd., Birmingham, Alabama, employees were exposed to fall hazards while installing roof trusses approximately 43 feet above the ground. (c) On or about 04/26/16 - Bldg. #6, 4800 Cahaba River Rd., Birmingham, Alabama, employees were exposed to fall hazards while installing floor trusses approximately 18 feet above the ground. Pinnacle Framing, Inc., was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1109286, Citation #1, Item #1, issued on 01/20/2016 with respect to a work place located at 6455 De Zavala, san Antonio, TX 78249 and became a final order on 02/25/2016.
