29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: (a) Warehouse, North Las Vegas Readiness Center, employees are exposed to electric shock/fire from all circuit breakers of electrical power panel were not labeled. THE NEVADA ARMY NATIONAL GUARD, AVIONICS DIVISION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 929988, CITATION 01, ITEM NUMBER 005 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON OCTOBER 23, 2013, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 20000 ARMY AVIATION DRIVE, RENO, NEVADA 89506.
