Site - Employees performing wood framing from the second story of two separate residential buildings were not protected from falls of approximately 10 feet when fall protection was not used or provided. Gary Stewart D/B/A- Techwood Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 98834, citation number 001, item number 003, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/8/2013, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 14 Sawyer Green, Dover, NH 03820.
