29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Site- Workers under the control of the employer were not protected from a fall of approximately 10 feet to the first floor and 12 feet to the exterior grade where fall protection was not utilized while installing parallel chord floor trusses. Gary Stewart dba Techwood Framing was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1144260, citation number 01, item number 01, and was affirmed as a final order on April 26, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at Bramber Valley Road, Greenland, NH 03053. Techwood Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 98834, citation number 01, item number 03, and was affirmed as a final order on August 8, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 14 Sawyer Green, Dover, NH 03820.
