29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(ii): Where wet processes were used, drainage was not maintained and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places were not provided, where practicable, or waterproof footgear was not provided: On or about 05/3/2016, Cooler area next to walk in freezers, floors of the cooler area were not maintained, so far as practical, in a dry condition. Employees were exposed to slip, trip and fall hazards while working because they were standing over wet floors. Note: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation instance as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.

29 CFR 1910.304(b)(3)(ii)(A): All 125-volt, single-phase, 15-, 20-, and 30-ampere receptacle outlets that were not part of the permanent wiring of the building or structure and that were in use by personnel did not have ground-fault circuit-interrupter protection for personnel: a. On or about 5/03/2016, Kitchen/Bake Shop table area: Employees were using electrical power tools connected to an electrical receptacle lacking a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI). Wet conditions observed in the area. Note: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.
