29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries. a) At CSMS #2, B129, dynamometer room the portable fire extinguisher was not mounted. The Army National Guard was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315796623 citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/13/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1512 S P Street, Bakersfield, CA 92243.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employers did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, material safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also includes the list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using an identity that is referenced on the appropriate material safety data sheet (the list may be compiled for the workplace as a whole or for individual work areas): a) At the CSMS #2, the employer did not maintain a complete inventory of all the chemicals such as the Sherwin Williams product finishes (catalyst) or waterborne polyurethane chemical agent resistant coating (CARC) and Nason select prime 2K which were available and in use. The Army National Guard was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 627178, citation number 2, item number 1and was affirmed as a final order on 12/28/2012, with respect to a workplace located at E. Horizon Ridge Parkway, Henderson, NV 89002.
