29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries. a) At the North Las Vegas Resource Center's Drill Hall, the portable fire extinguisher was obstructed by a gray trash can. The Army National Guard was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315796623 citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/13/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1512 S P Street, Bakersfield, CA 92243.
