29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures shall be developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in the activities covered by this section. Lockout procedures were not used during servicing/maintenance activities:    (a) On or about 04/26/16 -  Honda Plant #2, 685 Clover Road, Lincoln, Alabama, 35096, the employer did not utilize energy control procedures exposing employees to hazardous energy while repairing and installing the Autoquip PA2 (vertical reciprocating lift).
