29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard: WORKSITE: The employer did not ensure that the sheets of OSB plywood placed in the upright position by flushing against the wall of the trailer were positively secured to prevent from sliding or falling over while manually handling the sheets. On or about May 2, 2016, the above sheets of plywood slid and fell over an employee while the employee was in the process of manually handing the sheets, and the employee sustained injuries from the incident.
