OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crushing hazards from rollover while operating a forklift without a restraint system. a. 750 Clark Drive Budd Lake, NJ (Loading Dock) Powered Industrial Equipment, which included, but was not limited to Raymond Forklift Model# 445-C30TT, which was equipped with operator restraint devices or seat belts were not used. Employees were observed operating forklifts without the use of seat belts. Violation Occurred on or about 05/07/2016
