29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure: (a) Sergio Azpilcueta, at 2525 E. 104th Ave., Garages 100-106, Thornton, CO 80233: On and before May 6, 2016, the exposing employer failed to ensure that employees were protected from falling when performing roofing work on a series of garages located at the Champions Park Apartment Homes at 2525 East 104th Ave., Thornton, CO 80233. Condition exposed the employees performing the work to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet on a 4:12 pitch roof.
