29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about June 29, 2016, Sergio Azpilcueta did not ensure that its employees were protected from falls while working at heights greater than 6 feet. Employees of Sergio Azpilcueta were exposed to fall hazards of up to 27 feet while engaged in roofing activities on a three- story residential building with no fall protection in place. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet"). Sergio Azpilcueta was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1146004, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 29, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 2525 E. 104th Ave. Thornton, CO 80233.
