29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe-boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Jobsite: Employees were engaged in roofing operations where the edge of the roof was approximately twenty-five (25) feet above the concrete and pavement below. The employees were not protected from falling by the use of or the proper use of guardrail systems with toe-boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. LCT Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) Residential Construction, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 953957, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on March 17, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 74 Sandwich Street, Plymouth, MA 02360.
