29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(ii): The end of a platform greater than 10 feet in length extended over its support more than 18 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilevered end. Employees engaged in masonry work were exposed to fall and struck-by hazards while storing bricks on a portion of the scaffold platform that was extended over 18 inches and not supported.
