Observed on or about 5/11/16. b) Jobsite : 4th level, unprotected edge along upper deck - Employees conducting framing activities were exposed to fall hazards while working along open and unprotected sides and edges of a 4 story residential construction building, approximately 12'3" from the lower level, without the use of a fall protection system. Observed on or about 5/11/16. c) Jobsite : 4th level, unprotected edge on main deck facing the upper deck - Employees conducting framing activities were exposed to fall hazards while working along open and unprotected sides and edges of a 4 story residential construction building, approximately 9' 6" from the lower level, without the use of a fall protection system.
