On or about 13 May 2016, and at times prior thereto, a portable fire extinguisher was not mounted in the shop area next to the office, exposing employees to various fire hazards.

29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. On or about 13 May 2016, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not keep the shop floor clean and orderly of excessive sawdust, which had collected underneath electrical components along the south wall, in and around the Komo CNC vacuum, Holzher Vertical Saw, and Ridgid Chop Saw along the south and west walls, exposing the employees to a flash fire hazard. Artisan's Row Cabinetry, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 909303, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/06/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 2200 S. Church Street, Suite 102, Georgetown, TX 78626.
