29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms without being specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use. On or about May 13, 2016, the employer allowed an employee to stand on and work from a pallet that was elevated by the forks of a John Deere skid steer loader, exposing the employee to the hazard of falls.
