(A) Direct Operations, Elmendorf Burger King: On or about 12 May 2016 and times prior thereto; the employer did not ensure that the electrical panels boards were readily accessible.   (b) Direct Operations, Main Food Court Area: On or about 12 May 2016 and times prior thereto; the employer did not ensure that electrical panels boards XNL2N and XNL2R were readily accessible.      (c) Direct Operations, Chicago Best : On or about 12 May 2016 and times prior thereto; the employer did not ensure that  electrical panels board XNL4D was readily accessible. This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock hazard and burn hazard.  The Army Air Force Exchanges Services was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1136291, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 04 May 2016, with respect to a workplace located at the Eielson Air Force Exchange Services Main Exchange.
