29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed AAFES Car Care Center, Vacuum Bay area: on or about 11 May 2016 and times prior thereto; A knockout plug was missing from a energized electrical outlet box. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock and electrical burn hazard. The Army and air Force Exchange Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.305(b)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 902128, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on 21 May 2013, with respect to a workplace located at AAFES Warehouse, Bldg. 881, JBER, AK.
