Facilities Maintenance Office, Workge Area:  On or about 12 May 2016 and times prior thereto, an air nozzle used for cleaning purposes exceeded 30 p.s.i. Air nozzle measured approximately 60 psi.  Air nozzle was not equipped with deflector to reduce the pressure of air flow.  This exposed employees to foreign objects being embedded to the body and eyes.

This condition exposed employees to and electrical shock and burn hazard.   (b) Facilities Maintenance Office, Tool Storage Area:  On or about 12 May 2016 and times prior thereto, an 120 volt Milwaukee Knipper Tool, Serial Number 550000450212, exhibited cord damage exposing wiring of power tool.  This condition exposed employees to and electrical shock and burn hazard.
