(a) Warehouse Entrance: on or about 12 May 2016 and times prior; the employer did not ensure that emergency exits lights were in proper working order. The emergency exit lights was inoperative. This condition exposed employees to delays in exiting the building causing smoke inhalation and fire hazards.  (b) Freeze and Chill Office area: on or about 12 May 2016 and times prior; the employer did not ensure that emergency exits lights were in proper working order. The Army Air Force Exchanges Services was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 902132, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 21 May 2013, with respect to a workplace located at the JBER, AK Auto Care Center.
