29 CFR 1910.217(e)(1)(i): A program of periodic and regular inspections of mechanical power press(es) was not established and followed to ensure that all parts, auxiliary equipment and safeguards were in a safe operating condition and adjustment: On or about May 11, 2016, the employer failed to ensure that periodic and regular inspections were performed on the Zeh & Hahnemann 5- ton press. Safeguards of the press were not present which could have been identified through such inspection.
