29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): All places of employment shall be kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allows. (a) On or about May 18, 2016, and at times there prior to, at the establishment, the employer did not provide a work area free of mycotoxins from mold, which are likely to cause serious illness in employees. Mold species including Stachybotrys sp., Penicillium sp., and Aspergillus sp. are known to cause symptoms respiratory distress.
