29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about May 20, 2016, at the Mariquip Verigraphic 6 color machine, where employees were exposed to caught-in and struck-by hazards when performing service and maintenance on machinery without the employer having developed, documented, and utilized procedures for the control of potentially hazardous energy for the Split Line Dryer. Drake Container Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1044798, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 30, 2016 with a final abatement date of May 10, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1401 Green Grass Drive, Houston, TX 77008.
