29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (Construction Reference: 1926.59) On or about March 3, 2016, the employer did not develop and implement a written program and training on the hazards on such chemicals as, but not limited to, 1930 KM Professional Water-Oil Hybrid Semi-Gloss Enamels and 1245 Acry-Shield Exterior Low-Sheen 14 Frost. Employees were being exposed to health hazards while painting.
