On or about May 25, 2016, an employee was exposed to the hazard of being struck by flying projectiles, while using a pneumatic nail gun to install cornices siding without the use of eye protection.  Juan Fuentes was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 957377, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/19/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 9300 Harmon Rd., Fort Worth, TX 76117.
