29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a) Worksite, 28 Dune Rd., Quogue, NY : Employees working on the 2nd floor landing of the residential building, and retrieving tools and materials near unprotected sides were exposed to falls of approximately 15ft.; on or about 5/25/2016.    b) Worksite, 28 Dune Rd., Quogue, NY : Employees working on the 3rd floor landing of the residential building, and retrieving tools and materials near unprotected sides were exposed to falls of approximately 20ft.; on or about 5/25/2016.      Note:  In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
