29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Front Center, Second Level of Structure - Two workers were measuring and cutting lumber in preparation for the installation of steel beams. Neither worker was protected from falling approximately 10 feet to the ground and scrap materials below, on or about 5/24/2016. ARTA Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 956296, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 4/11/2014, with respect to a workplace located at,4764 Reservoir Rd NW, Washington DC 20007.
