29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. This violation was observed on or about May 24, 2016, at a worksite located at 1205 Garth Brooks Blvd, Yukon, Oklahoma, Superior Neon Signs, Inc did not enforce the use of fall protection while an employee was working at approximately 10 ft. on an overhang installing supports.
