29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:  (a) The worksite, west side of structure:  On and before May 26, 2016,  two employees walking top plates to install trusses were not protected from falls between 8 and 20 feet.   (b) The worksite, east side of structure: On and before May 26, 2016,  employees working on the roof were not protected from falls of approximately 8 feet  Guate Construction was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)  that was contained in OSHA Inspection 909802, Citation 1 Item 1a, issued on 7/16/2013; Final order date of 8/20/2013 with respect to the work site 2582 N. Leblanc, Meridian, Idaho.  Guate Construction was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)  that was contained in OSHA Inspection 465358, Citation 1 Item 2a, issued on 7/17/2012; Final order date of 10/2/2012 with respect to the work site 1625 W. Tamarack Dr., Nampa, Idaho.  Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item.
