29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv):   The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information:    On or about April 28, 2016, and at times prior, the employer did not provide training on new label and safety data sheet formats in accordance with the 2012 update to the Hazard Communication Standard.      Abatement note: Abatement certification iand documentation are required for this item (See Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).    Peerless Tires was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1132567, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on April 11, 2016,  with respect to a workplace located at5848 E County Line Road, Highlands Ranch, CO 80126.
