29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about May 24th, 2016 and at times prior employees were exposed to a ten foot fall hazard while walking top of trusses and top plates to set and secure roof trusses without the benefit of fall protection equipment next to an unprotected edge of a residential house in the vicinity of 4804 Souris Street in Bismarck, North Dakota.
