29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On December 17, 2018 for employees exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet while walking top plates to install horizontal bracing on roof trusses at the residential construction project located at 315 Buckskin Avenue in Bismarck, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1151048, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 21, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 4804 Souris Street in Bismarck, North Dakota.
