Employees working at the open edge 5.5 ft. above pit work platform. The Lighthouse Lubes, LLC dba Mobil 1 Lube Express was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.22(c), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1044189, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on May 19, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1398 Indiana Avenue, Sheboygan, WI 53081. The Lighthouse Lubes, LLC dba Mobil 1 Lube Express was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.22(c), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1044343, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on May 19, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 2757 Calumet Drive, Sheboygan, WI 53083.
