29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: A) Worksite - On or about June 1, 2016, employees were not provided with suitable eyewash facilities while working with corrosive chemicals including, but not limited to: bleach. The employer had multiple 16 oz bottles mounted on the wall, which were not able to supply a 1.5 L/min flow of eyewash solution for 15 minutes.
