McGuire Brothers Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 954712, citation number 1, item number 4, and was affirmed as a final order on March 7, 2014, with respect to a workplace hazard located at 1212 W. 4th Ave. Stillwater, OK 74074.      McGuire Brothers Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1046012, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on April 28, 2015, with respect to a workplace hazard located at 121st and S. Orbana, Bixby, OK 74008.
