29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B): Affected employees were not instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure: (a) In the gas room, production area, Lines 2-5, at the facility at 50 Oxford Ave, on 9/21/2016, and at times earlier, gas room laborer employees working in the gas room assigned to monitor the Gas Propellant injection machine and conveyor were not provided training on the purpose and function of the energy control procedure.
