29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: Shield Packaging Co.,Inc., 50 Oxford Ave, Dudley MA: Production area: Employees working with or around hazardous chemicals had not been provided effective information and training: (a) On or about 6/7/16 and at times prior, employees had not been provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area, such as, but not limited to, AB70. (b) On or about 9/21/16, employees had not been provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area, such as, but not limited to, Household Room Fogger pesticide.
