29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: (a) On or about June 2, 2016, Peak To Peak Roofing & Exteriors, as the controlling employer, did not ensure that the employees of Alfonso, subcontractor, were safe from health and safety hazards by conducting effective regular and frequent safety inspections of the job site by a competent person, and ensuring hazards were identified and mitigated such as, but not limited to, fall hazards. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet"). Peak To Peak Roofing & Exteriors was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1021120, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 26, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 10479 E. Fair Ave., Greenwood Village, Co 80111.
